Women in Jazz Fund Drive

Join in preserving and enhancing Austin's artistic and cultural heritage through the Women in Jazz Concert Series. We invite you to join our growing team of contributors to experience with us the wonderful world of jazz as it is performed by women from Austin and around the country. As of January 1, 2008 the following sponsorships are available to corporations, businesses and individuals.

FOUNDERS - $20,000+

This campaign supports all productions for the year, as well as related operational improvements, plus all marketing activities that increase Austin's cultural arts visibility through this project across the United States. Benefits include: recognition in all advertising and on the Women in Jazz web site, banner at all events, one page in performance programs, "thank you" mention from the performance stage, 10 complimentary pairs of concert tickets, invitations to social events and more.

BENEFACTORS - $6,001- $19,000

This campaign directly supports artistic performers, including artist fees and transportation, plus all production and marketing activities surrounding concerts and workshops. Benefits include: recognition in all advertising, 3/4 page in performance programs, "thank you" mention from the performance stage, banner at specified events, 6 complimentary pairs of concert tickets, invitations to social events and more.

UNDERWRITERS - $1,501-$6,000

This campaign directly supports printing and marketing activities for productions during the year. Benefits include: recognition in specified advertising, 1/2 page in performance programs, 4 complimentary pairs of concert tickets, invitations to social events and more.

GOLD SPONSOR - $1,001 - $1,500

This campaign supports spotlight performances of Austin artists. Benefits include recognition in performance programs, 2 complimentary pairs of concert tickets, and more.

SILVER SPONSOR - $501 - $1,000

This campaign supports performance marketing and artist accommodations. Benefits include recognition in performance programs, one pair of concert tickets and more.

BRONZE SPONSOR - $251 - $500

This campaign supports printing activities, such as program booklets for performances, flyers and mailers. Benefits include recognition in performance program and early-bird announcements to performances and more.

PATRONS - up to $250

Benefits include: Early-bird announcements to performances.
